My garden illustrates the world of a chef at Jaan, Kirk Westaway. He has a deep-rooted passion for natural flavors and applies his knowledge & philosophy to optimally utilize fresh quality ingredients. Deepti recontextualizes the chefs “English garden” into her own utopic vision. She grew vegetables from the kitchen scrap which integrates the chefs and her own gardening memories.
